1. Overview
All Kuomie orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your chafing dishes and buffet warmers safely worldwide.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Economy Shipping: dispatched within 7–15 business days after payment confirmation
- Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or Chinese public holidays begin processing the next business day
- During peak seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Golden Week), dispatch may take up to 20 business days
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched

4. Shipping Costs
- Free Economy Shipping on orders over $199 to select regions
- Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS) available at additional cost — calculated at checkout
- Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
5. Planning for Events
If you are ordering for a wedding, hotel, banquet, or catering event, please plan ahead:
- Economy Shipping: order at least 75 days before your required delivery date
- Express Shipping: order at least 20 days before your required delivery date
6. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
- Track your order at: 17track.net, Cainiao, or your local postal service website
- Please allow 5–7 days after dispatch for tracking information to appear
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices
- Kuomie is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections
- Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees — return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Economy Shipping: if your order has not arrived within 75 days of payment, please contact us
- Express Shipping: if your order has not arrived within 25 days of payment, please contact us
- We will offer a reship or full refund for confirmed lost shipments
9. Damaged Packages
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@kuomie.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
